MOTION + DESIGN + PHOTO

Shaun Bingham is a multifaceted Senior Designer with 15+ years of experience in the advertising industry.  Shaun has experience working with local businesses to international companies.

How can I help you?

As a child, I told my parents that I wanted to be a “computer designer”.  You may be asking yourself, “Shaun, what does that even mean?”

I HAVE NO IDEA.

What I do know, is that here we are; thirty-some years later. I am still as in awe and as hungry for tech, design, motion, etc. as I was as a child.

The following is a taste of not just what I’m comfortable with, but what I love to do.

Interactive Design

I love interactive design.  It allows me to combine my love for design with photography and video. I truly believe you can have a site or app with no words, while still conveying a clear message.

Videography, Editing & Animation

Video is just an extension of photography.  It allows that split second that your capturing to have so much more depth
and meaning.

Photography

My love for photography began as a child. I would watch my grandfather patiently waiting behind camouflage tarps to snap the perfect shot of birds
in his garden.

“That’s great shaun, but how many cliche Traits can you list?”

Goal Oriented

My father, an entrepreneur and one of my heroes, started a company that in 1993 was recognized by Inc. as one of America’s 500 fastest-growing private companies on the Inc. 500 List.

He instilled in me at a young age that if you want something you need to write it down and put that note somewhere that you can see it.

I know that I wouldn’t be where I am today without that trick in my back pocket.  To this day, I still write my goals down.

Team Player

I love collaborating with other team members.

I love sharing what I do with other people.  I love seeing what other people are working on.

I’m a firm believer that a project cannot reach it’s full potential without getting as many eyes on it as possible.

I believe that being a team player, people pleaser and morale booster are all closely related but slightly different. You may disagree. If that’s the case, buckle up. Things are about to get redundant!

People Pleaser

I would say that I am a people pleaser almost to a fault. I will do anything in my power to make people happy. That means doing what it takes to hit deadlines and going out of my comfort zone to learn new things. You want a coffee? How do you like it?

Morale Booster

With being a people pleaser, if someone within my team or even outside of my team is in a rut, or I sense they need support.  My gut reaction will ALWAYS be to help pull them up.  I can’t stand seeing someone struggle.

Master of Karate

Ok, ok, ok.  Now I’m just wasting your time…  or checking to see if you’re actually reading this.

Examples of My Work

STX Rise of The Elite

In the words of the Great LeVar Burton,

“But, you don’t have to Take My Word For it…”

“One of Shaun’s strongest aributes is collaboration, and doing it without ego. He’s receptive to feedback from across the team, not just design peers…taking everything in stride to put out the best possible project. This also speaks to his dedication. Shaun was always willing to put in the time, above and beyond what we were asking, if it meant the project would be beer. He also has a keen sense for storytelling, and this shows particularly well in his video work. He’s very good at distilling things down to garner the biggest emotional response. This was a lot of Shaun’s best work, visually interesting and connecting on a deeper emotional level.”
